Exchange Policy

At SayLess.club, we want every piece to feel perfect. If your item doesn’t fit the way you expected, we offer exchanges only.

Eligibility

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Only size and colour exchanges are permitted.

  • No refunds are offered at this time.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping charges to send the item back for exchange.

  • SayLess.club will cover the cost of sending the exchanged item back to you.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items showing wear, stains, odours, or damage

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Limited-release drops

  • Custom or special orders

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at saylessclubca@gmail.com with your:

    • Order number

    • Item you want to exchange

    • Size/colour you want instead

    • Reason for exchange

  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions and the return address.
